<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Involved in commercial success for projects for contract management and implementation of NEC3 | NEC4 framework contracts</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Manage commercially from concept through to delivery for engineering projects and liaise with internal teams to mitigate contractual risks and resolve any disputes </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Ensuring compliance, contract provisions, project delivery requirements are all in place</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">To undertake and lead on preparation, assessments, &nbsp;valuation, and negotiation of variations, claims, and compensation required</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Monitoring performance preparing and delivering reports for Senior Management</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Promote continuous improvement in commercial processes, especially around NEC and similar contract framework administration</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Provide coaching and mentorship where beneficial within the team and staff development plans</span></span></li>

<p><strong><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Skills and Experience required for the Quantity Surveyor role</span></span></strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role in engineering/infrastructure/construction/Civil markets or similar</span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Degree or Equivalent in a relevant subject &ndash; eg &nbsp;Quantity Surveying, Finance, Commercial Management, Construction Management&nbsp; </span></span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Candidates with relevant experience without a degree qualification will be consider where there is 5 years + quantity surveying experience in relevant industries</span></span></li>
