We are recruiting for a Telesales Executive for our engineering client. This is a permanent position based in Ayrshire, working Monday to Friday, office based working 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., flexible employer. Attractive base salary and bonus structure. Experience of B2B telephone sales is required.
Responsibilities:
- Telesales B2B with existing and new potential customers
- Growing /upselling with existing customers and cold calling to gain new customers
- Arranging product trial bookings and client follow up meeting for the external Sales Managers.
Skills and experience for the Telesales Executive role:
- Good communication skills and proven telesales success
- Working towards and meeting team targets and goals
- Logging and reporting all calls, qualifying leads
- Demonstrate follow through with customers and tenacity in sales in supporting our clients business growth, excelling in customer service and providing solutions for clients
- Willingness to welcome and apply feedback and undertake internal training to enhance role effectiveness.
