Working alongside a team of seasoned recruitment professionals. Salary £35,000 + bonuses, quarterly incentives, car allowance.
Responsibilities:
- 360 Recruitment Consultancy: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for both clients and candidates
Essential Skills and Experience for the Recruitment Consultant role:
- Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in a sales-driven environment
- Client and Candidate Liaison: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment Cycle Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems and thorough understanding of UK recruitment legislation
- Eager to drive business growth and develop long term client relationships
