We are delighted to present a new vacancy for Sales Support Executive based in Glasgow initially and then in Kilmarnock around June/July 2024. This is a permanent position with salary £26,000 to £29,000 plus bonus and benefits. This role is working within a fast paced Sales team where previous experience of supporting in a similar role would be conducive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team and completing follow-up notes from customer interactions
- Facilitation and coordination for team sales activities eg visits, calls, meeting schedules
- Point of contact on the telephone for customer enquiries and quotations
- Handling all administration required for the team nurturing customers and new prospects
- Raising quotes for customers on the system, customer contact
- Completing reports and other analysis to support the BDM.
- Arrange and run Teams meeting appointments for the Business Development Manager
- Working towards supporting Business Development targets
Skills and Experience required for the Sales Support Executive
- Good administrative, planning and organisational skills and meeting deadlines
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Competent IT Skills, accurate input of information on business CRM system
- Experience in conducting customer meetings and supporting the BDM to achieve sales opportunities through a pipeline
- Good relationship building skills internally and externally with business customers and stakeholders
- Ideally have some experience of working previously in a high energy, high growth sales support Role
- Good problem solving skills and using own initiative.
