FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment in Germany for a Sales Account Executive for a global SaaS business. This is a permanent position based in Germany, fluent German and English speaking, working remotely within Germany or in the office in Munich. Base Salary is 60,000 to 70,000 euros with OTE reaching 140,000 to 150,000 euros, uncapped commission plus many more benefits. You will have previous experience of working in SAAS or IT, Technology sales solutions.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking cold sales calls daily to prospective clients for new business within the transportation/fleet industries
- Account manage and upsell and cross sell to your new business accounts.
- Work on strategic account mapping & outbound prospecting to grow your pipeline
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting, qualification to close
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to remove deal blockers, liaise with marketing, legal, sales engineering etc
Skills and responsibilities
- Experience of cold calling for new sales
- Background experience is in IoT hardware, software IT/SaaS or other complex technology
- Experience of using MEDDIC principles for new sales
- Independently able to close large revenue sales deals
- Must have fluent German and English language
