FINTEC recruit is supporting Hiring for a Quality Manager /Auditor for a construction business based in Coventry. This is a permanent position with salary up to £55,000 negotiable depending on experience plus car allowance and benefits. There is site visits /travel involved in this role within the region
Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular site visits for roofing and cladding projects within the construction industry.
- Driving continuous improvements in terms of quality / audits across the business, maintaining QA procedures and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with ISO14001, ISO 9001, ISO 19650, along and relevant BIM requirements
- Implementation of a new internal management system & support to upskill staff
- Undertake regular audit and inspections internal & onsite
- Customer liaison, building good relationships and practices
- Develop environmental and sustainability policies to fulfil carbon footprint targets for the company
Skills and Experience required for the Quality Manager/Auditor role:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Experience of working within building/construction for roofing and cladding projects
- Knowledge and experience of ISO standards and BIM requirements.
