We are looking to recruit a Temporary IT Process Development Coordinator for our engineering client working within the IT department reporting to the Systems Analyst.
This role is expected to be for around 3 months possibly longer working Monday to Friday, full time hours, flexible on start/finish times.. Our client is based in City Centre Edinburgh, the role will offer hybrid/remote working options. Salary is based on £31,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Involves the migration of document transfer process from one IT system to a new Platform/system..
- Transfer of forms that have workflows attached to Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Automate platforms, some to Microsoft Forms
- Review of Sharepoint documentation
Skills and Qualifications required for the IT Process Development Coordinator role:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Experience of Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint API knowledge, Microsoft Power Platform, MS Forms.
- Knowledge of Nintex Automation cloud for Nintex for Office365 is useful, not an essential
- Good problem solving skills
