FINTEC recruit is seeking an IT Business Systems Manager which is a permanent position based in Dubai working for an engineering consultancy business. The company assist with sponsorship, travel and flights etc. Salary is highly competitive/ negotiable by experience. You will have extensive experience with Dynamics ERP, with emphasis on Dynamics 365 F&O
Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of D365 Finance and Operations Solutions, working closely with ERP partner on solutions and solving issues
• Direct Team Management, overseeing solution implementation and governance. Able to coach and develop the team
• Works closely with internal departments and key users, identifying and documenting business requirements, functional document and Fit gap analysis
• Understands and liaise with business end-users needs, identifying priority features to be delivered, ensure a seamless data flow and functionality across the organisation
• Manage ERP system with all future update releases from Microsoft
• Oversee implementation, configuration and maintenance of HRMS, other business systems and tools (Power BI, Power Apps etc)
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments and systems comply with industry regulations and internal security policies
Skills and Experience required for the IT Business Systems Manager role
• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics ERP, with an emphasis on Dynamics 365 F&O
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise business systems (Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, HRMS), database management, and system integration.
• Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, X++, .net) Technical knowledge on report development and customization in D365
• Solid working experience in Procurement, Inventory management, Production, Master planning, PMA/Project operations
• Must have implemented and managed two end-to-end Microsoft D365 F&O implementations
• Proficiency in SharePoint online and power platform tools(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Effective business analysis skills in understanding user needs/business requirements and delivering appropriate solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide technical teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive cross-functional projects.
• IT infrastructure knowledge
