JOB: Internal Business Development Executive
Location: Irvine, Scotland
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, office-based
Join our client’s dynamic team in Irvine, Scotland, and become an integral part of a company that specialises in handling equipment maintenance services. As an Internal Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the Service Department. This permanent position comes with a competitive salary range of £27,000 to £30,000, plus a bonus structure with uncapped commission, offering the potential for high earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Contracts Development and Business Sales Manager to facilitate the continued growth of the Service Department.
- Generate leads and secure customer appointments.
- Prepare new business quotes and support the contract renewal process.
- Manage office administration processes efficiently.
- Conduct telephone calls to both existing customers and potential clients.
Skills and Experience for the Internal Business Development Executive role:
- Prior experience in contract renewals, quotes, appointment bookings, and sales.
- Proven ability to establish, renew, and ensure the smooth running of contracts.
- Experience in operating and developing a sales pipeline.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create tailored client solutions.
- Proficiency in generating client leads, with a focus on telesales.
- Excellent customer service skills, coupled with strong organization, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in phone communication with customers and prospective clients.
- Outstanding time and task management abilities.
