Gas Assessor
Location: Manchester
Rate: £350–£400 per day (Depending on Experience)
Our client an established and growing gas training provider is seeking an experienced Gas Trainer / Assessor to join its expanding ACS centre in Manchester on an associate basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable industry professional who is passionate about developing others and maintaining high standards within the gas sector. The successful candidate will deliver training and undertake ACS assessments, with a particular focus on gas metering qualifications.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective gas metering training programmes.

Conduct ACS assessments in line with industry standards and awarding body requirements.

Support candidates throughout their training and assessment journey.

Maintain accurate records and assessment documentation.

Ensure all training activities comply with current legislation, standards, and best practice.

Contribute to the continued development of training materials and delivery methods.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

Significant hands-on experience within the gas metering industry.

Previous experience delivering training and/or carrying out assessments.

Relevant ACS qualifications and a strong understanding of current gas regulations.

Assessor qualifications (e.g., A1, D32/D33, CAVA)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
