FINTEC recruit is seeking an Equipment Coordinator for subsea & offshore assets. This is a permanent role office based role working for our engineering client based in Aberdeenshire. Salary is up to circa £32,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in coordinating offshore equipment hire
- Manage mobilisation, hire and demobilisation of offshore equipment
- Checking with clients in confirming hire requirements & delivery schedules
- Maintain hire agreement records, certifications, inspections and logistics documentation.
- Prepare quotations, process purchase orders and invoices
Skills and Experience required for this coordinator role:
- Experience in equipment hire coordination, ideally within offshore, subsea, or marine operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of logistics and documentation for offshore mobilisations.
