FINTEC recruit is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated Contracts & Sales Support to join their client's successful team.
This is an exciting permanent role based in Irvine with a competitive salary range £27,000 to £30,000, plus bonus structure
Responsibilities:
As Contract & Sales Support you will be supporting the Contracts Development Executive to help with the continued growth of the Service Department.
This would be achieved by generating leads, securing customer appointments, preparing new business quotes, supporting the contract renewal process and office administration processes.
The role includes a customer service aspect, dealing with enquiries and resolving issues for them in a timely manner.
Skills and experience required for the internal sales key account manager
- Prior experience dealing with contract renewals, quotes, appointment bookings and sales.
- Establishing, renewing and ensuring smooth running of contracts.
- Experience in operating and developing a sales pipeline, identifying client needs, problem solving and creating tailored client solutions.
- Generating client leads from our existing database
- Experience in telesales.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong organisation skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident speaking with customers and prospective customers on the phone.
- Excellent time and task management.
- An enthusiastic team player.
